This camera module is a customized version of the V2 camera module for Raspberry Pi to which an M12 lens can be attached.
It comes with a 220-degree fisheye lens and a flexible flat cable (FFC).
M12 lenses are often used in board cameras and are inexpensive and available in many types.
You can replace the lens with a telephoto lens, wide-angle lens, fisheye lens, or any other lens suitable for your application from a wide variety of lenses.
Since the VR220 is a camera with interchangeable lenses, dust and other particles may adhere to the sensor when the lens is removed.
When dust adheres to the sensor, it can be dealt with by blowing it away with a blower, but care must be taken to clean the sensor.
If the lens is replaced frequently, a cover glass model is recommended as it is easier to clean the sensor.
