To protect your camera
The cover for the Entaniya Raspberry Pi camera covers the entire camera module and hides the camera base.
It can protect the camera from direct damage and dust.

The black cover can also be used as a cover to disguise the camera by hiding the green base of the Raspberry Pi camera.

Reducing reflections on the camera
Because the base of the Raspberry Pi camera is green and there are metal parts around the lens, a strong light source will cause light to reflect off the camera.

Therefore, if the camera is covered with a dome cover, the light reflected off the camera may be reflected on the dome cover.

By using a camera cover, the reflection of the camera is suppressed and the dome cover is prevented from reflecting the camera, resulting in a clear image.

Without camera cover
When the Raspberry Pi camera V3 was stored in Entaniya’s all-weather camera case for the Raspberry Pi camera and illuminated directly with a smartphone light, the light reflected off the green base of the Raspberry Pi camera body and the metal parts were reflected in the dome.

With the camera cover in place, reflections were suppressed and a clear image was obtained despite the same conditions.
